Each specializes in one area of law. Together, they are general practitioners.
Long term financing transactions make up one of UGGC & Associés' main activities. The corporate law department today consists of more than twenty lawyers.

We work on both French and cross border transactions involving, in particular: mergers and acquisitions, share purchases, restructuring issues of securities, stock exchange transactions, creation of joint ventures, organising relationships between shareholders.

UGGC & Associés handles each stage of these transactions, from devising to realising each of the legal and tax transactions involved.
Our flexible structure allows us to assemble quickly a team of lawyers from the various departments, including from the tax law, labour law and competition and concentration law departments, in order to meet the particular client's needs.
